Toll Plazas at Nelamangala & Tumkur does not have a dedicated Fastag Lanes. Even though there are Fastag board seen on one of the lanes, it is not dedicated fastag lane since they are issuing toll tickets there, which is causing the delay. |
| Being a senior citizen, I feel, I have been cheated by the toll plaza employee, who told me that fastag is not operational and therefore I need to pay the toll in cash. I have receipt TP596855719 dt 25.09.2018 at 7.26am for Rs 20/-. Later at 7.51 hrs I get a SMS from Axis Bank stating Rs20/- towards toll has been debited to my account at 07.25.16 hrs and the balance avaialble on the fastag is Rs 180/-. This amounts cheating and person concerned must indulging in this way regularly and making substantial amount every date. Will you be investigating ? |
